Goalkeeper Cody Mizell Joins New Mexico United On Loan 

New York, N.Y., April 15, 2022 – New York City Football Club can today announce that Goalkeeper Cody Mizell has been loaned to USL Championship side New Mexico United.   

The Atlanta native joined NYCFC last season and was part of the roster that won the 2021 MLS Cup.    

The Goalkeeper returns to New Mexico where he started 17 games and tallied seven clean sheets in a 2020 campaign that culminated with a run to the Western Conference Semifinals. The Club retains the right to terminate the loan agreement at any time.
