NEW YORK CITY | In anticipation of New York City FC’s inaugural season finale at Yankee Stadium on October 25, the Club has announced they have reached 20,000 Founding Members in their inaugural season.

This milestone is an indication that New Yorkers are excited to be part of the Club’s historic inaugural season finale as well as dedicated to joining the Club on the journey into seasons ahead. Ticket sales have been strong all season as the Club has been averaging 29,000 fans at home games.

Sunday’s match will mark a special night for the Club as they will be hosting their first-ever Fan Appreciation Night, thanking fans for their tremendous support all season. The 300 level of Yankee Stadium will be opened for Sunday’s match in order to meet increased demand for tickets. In addition to regular programming, special activations will also be held throughout the duration of the match to honor the fans.

“We are honored that 20,000 fans have become Founding Members. Our Founding Members are the backbone of our Club and will continue to play a fundamental role moving forward as we further build our Club together.”
