1. What is the New York City FC City Rewards Program?

The New York City FC City Rewards Program is a loyalty program that rewards New York City FC fans for interacting and engaging with the club. The Program is free to join and allows fans to collect and earn points through activities such as downloading the New York City FC App, attending New York City FC matches and more. Program members can redeem earned points for merchandise discounts and other rewards.

2. Who is eligible to participate in the New York City FC City Rewards Program?

Any individual over the age of 18 who downloads the New York City FC App and has a Ticketmaster account can participate in the Program.

3. How do I register for the New York City FC City Rewards Program?

Download the New York City FC App, create a profile and link your active Ticketmaster account to your profile. You can begin earning points right away.

4. How do I earn Points?

You must be logged in with your profile on the app in order to earn points. Shortly after you complete a qualifying action, the points that you earn will be deposited into your Points Balance on the app. You can find a current list of all the qualifying ways you can earn points on the “Earn” tab on the program page in the app and here.

5. Do Points roll over to next year or the next season?

Any unused points in your Points Balance at the end of the year or at the end of the season will automatically roll over to the next year or to the next season. You can have up to a maximum of 50,000 points in your Points balance at any time. If you reach 50,000 Points, you will not earn any more Points until you use up some of the points in your Points Balance.

6. Will my Points expire?

Your Points will not expire, but your balance cannot exceed 50,000 points.

7. Can I transfer my Points to someone else?

Points are not transferable, but you can transfer a redeemed Reward that is an item or event to someone else.

8. Can I buy Points?

You may not buy points.

9. How can I use or redeem my Points?

You can redeem Points for various Rewards. You can find a list of all the potential Rewards and the number of Points required for each Reward on the “Rewards” tab on the Program page on the App and here.

To redeem a Reward, you must select it in the App. There may be specific instructions in the App about how to redeem your Reward. Once you redeem a Reward in the App, the number of Points required for that Reward will be deducted from your Points balance.

10. Do Rewards run out?

Some Rewards are only available in limited quantities on a “first-come, first-serve” basis or for a limited time, or in limited quantities for a limited time. If a Reward runs out, it may not be available again.

11. Are all Rewards available to all Program members?

Some Rewards are only available to City Members of New York City FC.

12. Can I transfer redeemed Rewards to someone else?

Yes! You can transfer a redeemed item or participation in an event to someone else. You can do this by contacting us at loyalty@nycfc.com.
