How can I purchase my Phase 4 seats for Etihad Park?
You will be provided a Phase 4 seat selection timeslot where you can secure your preferred premium seating either:
• In-person at the Etihad Park Experience Center
• Through a virtual meeting
• Over the phone
When your timeslot opens, you can review available Phase 4 seating locations with your Etihad Park Premium Seating Representative. After identifying your preferred location, you should be prepared to do the following to secure your seats:
• Sign an Etihad Park Club Seat agreement
• Pay 10% of the Year 1 amount on your selected premium seats
Can I sign the Etihad Park Club Seat agreement and pay at a later date to secure my seats?
In order to fully secure your Phase 4 seats at Etihad Park, both a signed agreement and 10% payment will be required.
How many seasons can I secure my Phase 4 seats for?
All Phase 4 seats will be secured on multi-year agreements specific to the selected seat location. These term lengths will vary depending on the exact location.
How do I prepare for my Phase 4 seat selection timeslot?

• Speak with your Etihad Park Premium Seating Representative prior to your appointment date about any questions you may have regarding investment levels, term lengths and agreement language for Phase 4
How can I purchase Phase 4 seats next to my friends?
During your timeslot, you can choose Phase 4 seats for yourself or wait and secure seats with your friends at their future designated timeslot. No Phase 4 seats will be held or reserved during your timeslot.
Can I upgrade my Phase 4 seats at a later timeframe?
Yes, pending availability, you can upgrade your seating location on a per-seat basis.
What is the maximum number of Phase 4 seats I can purchase?
You are permitted to purchase up to eight (8) seats per account.
What is the minimum number of Phase 4 seats I’m allowed to purchase?
You are allowed to purchase one (1) seat if an odd number of seats exist in the row you are looking to purchase seats in.
What if I am unavailable during my Phase 4 seat selection timeslot?
If you are unavailable for your seat selection timeslot, please click here or contact your Etihad Park Premium Seating Representative to schedule a later date and time that is more convenient for you. You can also have someone view Phase 4 seating options on your behalf – however, you will still need to complete an Etihad Park Club Seat Agreement and pay 10% of the Year 1 amount on your selected seats to finalize the location. Otherwise, we will work to find another timeslot that would work with your schedule at a later date and time. As a reminder, others will be selecting Phase 4 seats, so it is imperative that you schedule a date and time closest to your original appointment.
What matches are included in my season ticket membership?
All New York City FC home MLS matches and New York City FC tournament matches (up to but not including quarterfinals) are included in your Etihad Park season ticket membership.
Are there any additional events that I can gain access to by purchasing my Phase 4 seats?
Your new membership will also give you pre-sale access to any non-NYCFC sporting events, concerts, family shows, or arena events when available on an event-by-event basis.
Are there any events that require purchase that are not included in my Phase 4 Seats?
Yes, there are certain events that you will automatically receive your tickets to and are not included in the original invoice for your membership. These events may include, but are not limited to, quarterfinals or beyond matches for tournaments and any MLS Cup Playoff matches. These events will be required for purchase and will be billed to the payment method on file should we advance.
Is parking included in my membership?
Skyline Loft members will receive access to one (1) complimentary premium parking pass per four (4) seats purchased. East Sideline Club members will have the right to purchase a parking pass based upon availability.
