The 2025 season was a strong one on the field for New York City FC! We are the only team in MLS to have made the Conference Finals three times over the past five years, as well as the only team to make the Conference Semifinals or better eight times over the past 10 years. The hard work from our players, Pascal, and our entire coaching staff has provided the Club with a great foundation and strong momentum as we head into the 2026 season.
We’re excited to share the 2026 schedule and City Member ticketing details with you ahead of the holidays this year. With the schedule being released a month earlier than usual, you’ll have even more time to plan, manage, and access your tickets in advance!
Below is additional information regarding your 2026 City Membership and tickets.
2026 Home Schedule and Pricing Breakout:
The above information can be found throughout the season in your New York City FC Account Manager under the “Invoice” tab beginning December 4.
2026 City Membership Tickets
Beginning today, December 4, you will have access to view, manage and transfer your 2026 City Membership seats by visiting your New York City FC Account Manager.
Please note, our final 3 matches of the regular season, which the venue has yet to be confirmed, will not be available to manage at this time. More information will be sent regarding these matches at a later date.
2026 Exclusive Member Priority Access
As a benefit to all Members, we are providing you with a priority access window to secure additional match tickets prior to them going on-sale to the general public. As a City Member, you can add up to 8 additional tickets at your discounted rate to each home match. You can take advantage of this priority access window now by logging into your New York City FC Account Manager and going to ‘Buy Member Tickets’. Please note that you will have this priority window until individual tickets go on-sale to the general public on December 9.
City Member Ticket Exchange Program
We are excited to introduce new benefits to our ticket exchange program! NEW for 2026, City Members will receive an unlimited amount of ticket exchanges – allowing you maximum flexibility within the 2026 season. What does this mean for you? For any matches you cannot attend, you never lose out on your ticket value to the match. Simply move your tickets to a different match in the season that best fits your schedule! See below for the 2026 Ticket Exchange Program rules and restrictions:
- NEW: Unlimited exchanges throughout the 2026 regular season!
- You will be able to move your tickets to an equal or lesser tier match at no additional cost.
- If you would like to upgrade your tickets to a higher tier match, simply exchange and pay the difference at checkout.
- You can exchange your tickets for another match up to 48 hours prior to kickoff.
- Should you move tickets to a match, and then be unable to attend that match at a later date, you are able to move those tickets again.
- You cannot trade more than 2 matches worth of tickets into a single match. This feature allows you to receive 3 matches worth of tickets for any single match.
- All tickets managed through the ticket flexibility program must be utilized throughout the 2026 regular season and will not be eligible to be rolled over to playoff matches or future seasons.
LAFC and Inter Miami CF will be considered blackout dates, and the ticket exchange program will not apply.

Decision Day’s location is now official, and we can’t wait to close out the regular season with you in Queens before heading into our 2025 playoff campaign.
Your membership tickets are now available to manage through your New York City FC Account Manager. Members will have presale access to add additional tickets starting now through noon tomorrow, when tickets become available to the general public. Should you want to add additional tickets or upgrade your tickets for this match, you can do so by utilizing our Mobile Ticketing Features.

2026 Seat Relocation Period

We’re reaching out with important details about your upcoming 2026 Seat Relocation Period, which will open next week!
This is your exclusive City Member opportunity to explore and select any available seating options for the 2026 season, should you wish to relocate your membership seats. This will be your FINAL opportunity to relocate your current seats, if desired, before you select your NEW seats in Etihad Park.
If you're interested in adding additional seats but don’t see your desired location available, please connect with your Account Representative to discuss.
As in past seasons, you'll use our Virtual Venue to review and manage your seat options online through New York City FC Account Manager. Your personal relocation window opens: DATE and will remain open until Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
If you’re happy with your current seats and have no plans to move, no action is required at this time.
If you're looking to move to a section with a lower price point or would like to reduce the number of seats in your plan, these changes must be made directly through your Account Representative and cannot be completed online.
Once your access is unlocked, you will see a countdown on your Account Manager that will allow you to access the available seats until the relocation period concludes on June 11.

Sadly, if you don’t wish to continue your City Membership, you can opt out between April 15 – May 14. By opting out, you forfeit:

The deadline to submit your opt-out selections pertaining to these matches is tomorrow, Wednesday, March 5 at 11:59pm. Should you not make any opt out selections, your seats for home Leagues Cup matches will be uploaded and charged to your account.

October 18th Match - TBD Venue:
Our last match of the season scheduled for October 18 vs Seattle Sounders, is currently TBD venue due to the MLB Playoff Schedule. If you would like to trade-in or exchange that match and receive the associated credit, please reply directly to this email and I can assist accordingly. Currently, the game is not available to manage in your NYCF Account Manager due to the venue uncertainty however, we want to ensure you can utilize the trade-in program for this match, if you know you are unable to attend.
As a reminder, should you trade out of this match, you will not have tickets on your account when the venue is ultimately announced. Following venue confirmation, you would need to repurchase tickets at that time or utilize trade-in credit if you want tickets to attend.

As a note, should you not take any action on this email, you will automatically receive and be charged for any additional Leagues Cup matches not included in your City Membership plan.
As announced on February 11th, our 2025 Leagues Cup group stage schedule is set! Following this announcement, we are providing you with key ticketing information, including your access to all 2025 Leagues Cup group stage matches.
New York City Leagues Cup 2025 Schedule
- Tuesday, July 29 | New York City FC v. Club Puebla | Sports Illustrated Stadium
- Friday, August 1 | New York City FC v. Club León | Sports Illustrated Stadium (doubleheader match)*
- Tuesday, August 5 | New York City FC v. Deportivo Toluca F.C. | Yankee Stadium
*Please note that Friday, August 1st will be a single-admission doubleheader matchday that includes both the New York City FC vs. Club León match, as well as, CF Montreal vs. Deportivo Toluca F.C. The order and timing of each match is currently TBD.
2025 Leagues Cup Included Match
As in years past, your City Membership plan includes a Leagues Cup group stage match. For this year, this included match will be Tuesday, August 5th vs. Deportivo Toluca F.C. at Yankee Stadium. Tickets for this match, in your normal City Membership seating location, are now available for you to view and manage through your New York City FC Account Manager.
2025 Leagues Cup Additional Matches
The first two Leagues Cup matches, and any subsequent home knockout stage matches that the Club should advance to, are not included in the price of your 18-game City Membership plan. As a City Member, consistent with prior seasons and the terms of your plan, your seats will be automatically uploaded for these matches and be billed to your account unless you take the following action.
Please see below for your pricing information for our first two Leagues Cup matches, along with information on how you may opt-out of these games and any subsequent home knockout stage matches that the Club should advance to.
Important Information:
- You will have the opportunity to opt out of any additional home Leagues Cup matches from February 27th through March 5th at 11:59 PM.
- Please submit THIS FORM to opt out of your seats for all subsequent home League’s Cup matches.
- Should you choose to opt out, you will be able to purchase individual tickets at a higher price point.
If want to keep your City Membership seats to all subsequent home Leagues Cup matches, no further action needs to be taken on this email. Your seats will be uploaded to your account and charged on March 7th.

City Member Ticket Trade-In
Our City Member benefits will continue to include ticket flexibility that will allow you to trade-in or exchange up to 6 matches throughout the 2025 season. As a reminder, trade in credit can be utilized towards additional tickets or seat upgrades to regular season home matches. Unchanged from past seasons, all applicable credit that is associated with the trade-in program must be utilized throughout the 2025 regular season and will not be eligible to be rolled over to playoff matches or future seasons.
Similarly to last season, the Inter Miami CF match on September 24th at Citi Field will be considered a blackout date and ticket trade-in credit will not be eligible to be used for the purchase of additional tickets or to upgrade your tickets for this match.

It’s that time of year again to start planning where you would like to follow the Boys in Blue on the Road! By doing so in 2025, you can continue collecting stamps in your Away Days Passport that you may have received last season. Should you still be working towards receiving your passport, don’t miss out on traveling to the first away games of the 2025 season to get a head start on attending the 4 matches needed to unlock this reward! As a reminder, the more away matches you attend throughout the season, the more new away travel stamps & prizes you will be eligible to receive through our 2nd annual Away Travel Rewards Program. The top 3 most travelled Members at the end of the 2025 season will receive exclusive travel prizes. Additional information regarding our Away Travel Rewards Program will be sent out closer to the start of the season!
*Away matches attended each year reset every season, so no away matches attended last year would be eligible for rewards tracking in 2025.

2025 City Member Road Blues Program Rules & Benefits
As in year’s past, New York City FC will continue to provide City Member’s with discounted away tickets through our subsidized away ticket program. Ticket pricing will remain at $10 for all away matches, outside of the below three, which will start at $25 per ticket:
- at Inter Miami CF on Saturday, February 22nd
- at NY Red Bulls on Saturday, September 27th
- at Philadelphia on Saturday, October 4th
*As in years past, away tickets for the match vs Philadelphia will be available through a lottery system submitted via a ticket interest form, due to the limited availability of tickets we receive for this match.
For 2025, away matches will be categorized into 2 tiers, which is based on the ticket demand and allotments we receive. City Members may purchase away tickets at the City Member rate per the rules below:
- Tier A – includes away matches at Inter Miami CF, New York Red Bulls & Philadelphia Union
- Members can purchase tickets equal to the number of City Memberships on account, with a maximum of 2 tickets per account.
- Tier B – Includes all other away matches outside of the three Tier A matches listed above
- Members can purchase tickets equal to the number of City Memberships on account, with a maximum of 4 tickets per account.
Inter Miami CF Away Ticket Onsale
Away tickets for our first match on the road at Inter Miami CF will go live tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22nd at 10:00am through Road Blues. This will be the only away match that will become available for purchase tomorrow.
Initial visiting supporter’s tickets will be available to City Members at a subsidized rate of $25 per ticket. As referenced above, there will be a maximum of 2 tickets per account that can be purchased.
Should the initial allotment sell out, the Club has secured additional ticket availability with Inter Miami. The second phase of visiting supporter tickets would then go live immediately following the sellout of the initial allotment, at a subsidized rate of $95 per ticket. Once both allotments have sold out, there will be no remaining travelling supporter’s tickets available for purchase through the Club.
New York Red Bulls & Philadelphia Union Away Ticket Onsale
Our last two away matches of the season at New York Red Bulls & Philadelphia Union will go live in September, closer to the match dates.
ALL Other Away Ticket Onsale
All other away ticket allotments, that fall in Tier B, will be live for purchase next Wednesday, January 29th at 10am through Road Blues.
