The NYC Consulate Cup is a unique community-based soccer tournament that brings the international diplomatic community in NY together and helps connect them to support our mission to make soccer more accessible in NYC’s most underserved communities.

In 2023, all funds net expenses raised from team registrations, auctions, and sponsors went directly to City in the Community, the 501 (c)(3) charity foundation proudly supported by New York City FC. Registrations, auctions, and sponsors went directly to help grow the Community Cup launched last year.

The Community Cup, a free celebratory 5v5 tournament, brings together young people from all five boroughs to compete on the 50 blue mini-pitches that have been constructed by partners across the city in the last five years.

2023 Community Cup

Your contribution played a vital role in making the NYCFC City in the Community's Annual Community Cup a success!

The Community Cup tournament brings together over 300 youth from all five boroughs and provides free access to soccer to hone their skills and play the beautiful game.

It is with great pleasure that we share with you the photos from the 2023 Community Cup event. Your donations and participation in last year's Consulate Cup helped bring this together!

Countries that participated included Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Canada, Germany, Ghana, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, Senegal, Slovakia, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, United Arab Emirates and the United States of America.

Congratulations to Burkina Faso who defeated Mexico in the Final and were crowned 2022 Champions.
