Tournament
Group stage followed by a knock-out phase
Each team plays the other members of the group once
Top 2 qualify directly, best third-placed may qualify depending on total number of participants

Teams
Each team is made up of 10 players
The players have to be from the country they represent
If possible, at least 50% of each team’s players must be from the Consulate or UN Mission

All players of a team must wear the same color, numbers are not required and shin pads are encouraged
Games
No sliding tackle
If it’s level after 20 minutes in the knock-out rounds, there will be a 3-minute golden goal period. If the game is still a draw, it will go to a penalty shootout, which 3 kicks per team
